Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell material handling belt conveyor systems and related equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and achieving sales targets in industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, packaging, logistics, cement, mining, steel, power plants and manufacturing.
• Generate leads through cold calling, customer visits, references, industrial directories, and online platforms.
• Promote belt conveyor systems, conveyor belts, rollers, pulleys, idlers, belt accessories, and related material handling equipment.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable conveyor solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, commercial proposals, and technical offers in coordination with the engineering team.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company policies.
• Coordinate with production, design, procurement, and service teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, inquiry records, and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of industrial sales and B2B business development.
• Understanding of belt conveyors and material handling systems is preferred.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and understand product specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM software.
• Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independentl

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in industrial equipment sales, conveyor systems, conveyor belts, or mechanical engineering products.
• Existing contacts with industrial customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, and plant maintenance departments will be an advantage.
• Experience in developing new territories and generating business from new customers.
