Job Description

  • Role: Tally Accountant
  • Industry: Manufacturing
  • Primary Tool: Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.



Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Accounting: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payment entries in Tally.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile party or vendor ledgers.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Generate trade invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and track expenses.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and basic MIS report.

Required Skills & Qualifications.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance.
  • Software Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime software and MS Excel.
  • Knowledge: Sound understanding of basic accounting principles, Indian tax regulations (GST/TDS), and inventory management.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and good organizational skills.
