As a Back Office Executive, your responsibilities may include:
· Handling day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
· Maintaining records, files, documents, and databases.
· Data entry and updating company records accurately.
· Preparing reports, statements, and other office documents.
· Coordinating with internal departments and customers whenever required.
· Managing emails, calls, correspondence, and routine office communication.
· Supporting the front-office and operational teams.
· Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of company information.
· Performing any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
