Job Description
A QR and Soundbox Sales / Team Leader role focuses on deploying digital payment tools—such as merchant QR codes and audio-alert soundboxes—to local retail shops and businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Merchant Acquisition: Visit local shops and daily assigned market beats (typically 10–15 merchants per day) to pitch and install QR codes and soundboxes.
- Sales & Distribution: Increase market share and product penetration within an assigned geographic territory.
- Team Management (for Lead roles): Identify, hire, train, and mentor Field Sales Executives (FSEs) or Feet-on-Street (FOS) agents.
- Target Tracking: Monitor daily sales, device activations, merchant transaction activity, and attendance.
- Merchant Support: Assist with KYC verification, onboarding, and basic troubleshooting for payment devices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to several years of field sales or channel sales experience in the payments/fintech industry (selling QR codes, soundboxes, or EDC card machines).
- Education: 12th Pass for field executive/sales roles; Graduate or MBA (Marketing) for Team Lead or Manager roles.
- Mandatory Assets: Own a smartphone, valid two-wheeler (bike), driving license, and helmet.
- Skills: Strong local market knowledge, active communication, target-driven mindset, and basic metric tracking.
