Job Description
Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, and offers.
Conduct product demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, calls, and other channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, RTO, and other departments for vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead follow-up reports.
