Job Description
Data Entry Executive
Location: Madhyamgram, Kolkata, West Bengal
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities·
Input, update, and manage daily operational data, invoices, inventory, or client records in software databases and spreadsheets.
Perform basic transactions, data logging, or record updates within the SAP system.
Review and verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies before data entry.
Prepare and generate daily, weekly, or monthly summary reports using MS Excel.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy data retrieval.
Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality.
