Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) for Godrej Modular Kitchen.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Sell Godrej Modular Kitchen products, including:
- Modular Kitchens
- Kitchen Cabinets
- Pantry Units
- Chimneys
- Pull-Out Storage Systems
- Kitchen Accessories
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a positive and professional showroom experience.
- Follow up with customers and support the sales process.
- Candidate Requirements1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, modular kitchen, furniture, home appliances, consumer durables, or related industries.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates with experience in modular kitchen, furniture, home furnishing, or consumer durable sales will be preferred.
