Admission Counsellor

LINKSMIND is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Admission Counsellor / Business Development Executive to join our in-office team at WYZOL Learning Space, Badamtala.

The role involves counselling students and parents, handling enquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into admissions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student and parent enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand students' academic requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Counsel parents and students professionally.
• Generate and manage prospective student leads.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads.
• Convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
• Support local marketing and business-development activities.
• Identify new opportunities for student acquisition.
• Achieve assigned admission and business-development targets.
• Submit regular activity and performance reports.
• Maintain professional communication and customer relationships.

Salary & Internship StructureFirst Month: Paid Internship / Training

Stipend: ₹4,000 for the first month

The first month will also serve as an evaluation period. Candidates will be assessed on communication, productivity, counselling, lead handling, follow-ups, conversions, learning ability and overall performance.

After successful finalization:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000/month
• Maximum Monthly Earning: ₹20,000
• Maximum Annual Earning Opportunity: ₹2.40 LPA

The ₹5,000 incentive is performance-based and depends on achievement of applicable targets. It is not part of the guaranteed fixed salary.
