Job Summary:
we are looking for a detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage and monitor computer system, ensure smooth operations, and handle data processing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
- Monitor system performance and ensure proper functioning.
- Perform regular backup and maintain data security.
- Operator office software like MS EXCEL, Word and other tools.
- Generate reports and maintain records.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Handle emails, printing and documents management.
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow.
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Basic knowledge of computer and operating system.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of internet and email handling.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
