Job Title: Hotel Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Manage room bookings and reservations.
  • Attend guest calls and respond to queries.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide quick solutions.
  • Maintain guest records and billing details.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel staff.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Presentable, polite, and well-organized.
