Job Description
- Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to guests.
- Clean assigned rooms: dust, make beds, vacuum, clean bathrooms and windows, and replace linen and supplies.
- Sign in/out master keys and use cleaning supplies properly.
- Handle lost & found items correctly.
- Maintain common areas, swimming pool, terrace, and outdoor seating.
- Clean kitchen and dining areas as needed.
- Set up breakfast and serve meals; take orders and prepare food as per menu.
- Water plants and maintain guest areas.
- Laundry and linen handling under guidance.
- Morning and evening room service, including snacks, tea/coffee, and dinner assistance.
- Dispose of garbage and keep all areas clean.
