JOB DESCRIPTIONHR Operations ExecutivePosition: HR Operations Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Goa, India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: HR Manager / Management
About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, recruitment support, and HR administration.
The ideal candidate should be people-oriented, detail-focused, comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, and capable of maintaining discipline and professionalism across the organization.
Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Administration
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, working hours, and employee movements.
- Prepare HR-related documents, letters, notices, and internal communications.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are communicated and followed.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
- Screen candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and employee induction.
- Maintain accurate records of new joiners and exits.
3. Employee Management
- Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries.
- Coordinate employee grievances and escalate matters where required.
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Support management in maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
4. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
- Verify attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and other payroll inputs.
- Maintain required employee documentation for statutory and internal compliance.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable labour and employment regulations.
5. Performance & Employee Engagement
- Assist in maintaining employee performance records.
- Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
- Track probation periods and coordinate confirmation or extension processes.
6. Exit & Separation Management
- Manage employee resignation and exit documentation.
- Coordinate notice periods, handovers, and clearance processes.
- Prepare relieving/experience letters where applicable.
- Maintain accurate employee separation records.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Professional approach to employee relations.
- Qualification & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also be considered.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely completion of HR documentation and employee records.
- Attendance and leave management accuracy.
- Recruitment and onboarding turnaround time.
- Payroll input accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee query resolution and follow-up.
- Compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Timely completion of employee exit formalities.
