Job Summary:We are looking for a courteous, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Steward to join our food service team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards are essential.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall experience.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operation of service.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Qualifications & Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a waiter/steward is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
