We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting processes and the ability to understand, explain, and support the implementation of accounting software for businesses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Create, manage, and verify ledgers, vouchers, journal entries, receipts, payments, and other accounting records.
• Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, expenses, income, receivables, and payables.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank-related accounting records.
• Prepare and review accounting reports and financial data.
• Maintain customer and vendor accounts and ensure proper ledger management.
• Understand and apply accounting principles in practical business scenarios.
• Assist in GST-related accounting, billing, and reconciliation activities.
• Identify accounting-related issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Support customers during the implementation and usage of Taxxa accounting software.
• Conduct software demonstrations and explain accounting-related features to customers.
• Visit customer locations when required for software implementation, onboarding, training, and product explanation.
• Understand customer accounting workflows and help them adopt the software effectively.
• Coordinate with internal technical, sales, and support teams to resolve customer requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of practical accounting experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Good practical knowledge of:
• Ledger Management
• Voucher Entries
• Journal Entries
• Sales and Purchase Entries
• Receipts and Payments
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Expense and Income Accounting
• GST-related Accounting and Billing
• Financial Reporting and Reconciliation
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and business accounting processes.
• B.Tech or MBA candidates will be preferred, especially candidates with relevant knowledge or experience in accounting and business processes.
• Candidates with a background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Management will also be considered.
• Comfortable using computers and accounting software.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to explain accounting concepts and software features clearly to customers.
• Must be comfortable with field visits and customer meetings for software implementation and training.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide practical solutions.
• Willingness to travel locally as per business requirements.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of GST, billing, taxation, and business accounting processes.
• Experience in customer training, software implementation, or client support will be preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with internal teams.
