Job Summary

Medileaf is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales team in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products, developing strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail Medileaf products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Develop and maintain a strong dealership network.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Conduct regular doctor visits and maintain an effective daily call plan.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and product-related insights.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, sales activities, and market updates.
• Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
• Participate in medical meetings, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and reporting procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in science/life science/Biotechnology.
• 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales orientation and willingness to work in the field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
• Must be comfortable with regular field travel within the assigned territory.
• Candidates based in Bareilly or nearby areas will be preferred.
