Job Description
- Daily Lead Generation – New industrial, commercial & dealer leads every day.
- Customer Visit – Minimum planned customer visits with proper reporting.
- Product Knowledge – Strong knowledge of Panels, UPS, VCB, Transformer, Servo, Capacitors & APFC Panels.
- Customer Requirement – Understand load, rating, application, specifications and budget before quoting.
- Technical Coordination – Coordinate with the design/technical team for correct selection and quotation.
- Quotation Follow-up – Follow every quotation systematically until order closure.
- B2B Industrial Sales – Target factories, EPC companies, consultants, contractors, OEMs and institutions.
- B2C Sales – Develop direct customers, electrical contractors, builders and small commercial projects.
- Cross-Selling – Offer complete electrical solutions: Panel + Transformer + VCB + UPS + APFC + Capacitors + Servo.
- New Customer Development – Continuously add new customers instead of depending only on existing accounts.
- Competitor Information – Track competitor pricing, products, specifications and market activity.
- Order Conversion – Maintain a clear pipeline with enquiry → quotation → negotiation → PO → dispatch.
- Payment Follow-up – Coordinate with customers for advance and outstanding payment collection.
- CRM & Daily Reporting – Record leads, visits, quotations, follow-ups, orders and lost enquiries.
- Monthly Target Achievement – Work with defined sales, collection, new-customer and product-wise targets.
