☀️ Solar Sales Executive | 2+ Years ExperienceReliance Refrigeration & Electricals is hiring an experienced Solar Sales Executive to grow our Solar Business.
- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new solar leads through field visits, calling, references & local market
- Handle company-generated leads and customer enquiries
- Meet customers and conduct site visits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, savings & benefits
- Follow up with customers and quotations regularly
- Negotiate and close sales
- Coordinate with the technical/installation team
- Maintain daily lead & follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- 🎯 Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 2 years of Sales experience
- Solar / Electrical / Renewable Energy sales experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong follow-up & negotiation ability
- Result-oriented and target-focused
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits
- Basic computer, WhatsApp & CRM knowledge preferred
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
💰 Salary & Incentives₹15,000 – ₹45,000/month
(Based on experience & capability)
