💰 In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000–₹30,000 per month

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead a team of field sales executives.
• Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for Airtel Payments Bank.
• Visit local markets and shops to onboard new merchants.
• Guide the team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
• Monitor daily field activities and share regular sales updates.
• Ensure proper documentation and completion of onboarding formalities.
• Eligibility CriteriaPrevious experience as a Team Leader in Field Sales is mandatory.
• Experience in merchant acquisition, banking, fintech, payments or telecom sales will be preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a field sales team.
• Comfortable with market visits and fieldwork.
