We are looking for a motivated Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls and support sales activities in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector. Freshers can apply for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain banking, financial, and insurance products or services.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls.
Handle B2B, B2C, channel, and SMB sales activities.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Follow up with interested customers and support sales conversion.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Education: 12th Pass
English: Intermediate English
