Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and experienced Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their business requirements, and introduce them to the benefits of Taxxa.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in Taxxa software.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant features and benefits of the product.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Handle customer objections confidently and effectively.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth customer onboarding and follow-up.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic/professional communication skills in English.
• Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and communicate solutions effectively.
• Good convincing and objection-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and professional communication style.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, calling systems, and computer applications will be an added advantage.
• Experience in software, SaaS, accounting, GST, billing, or B2B sales will be preferred.
