Collections Manager- Crop_Agri-Fin-Dealer Funding(DF)-Recovery_Barnala
- Responsible for managing collections related to crop agriculture finance dealer funding and recovery operations. - Oversee recovery processes in the Barnala region ensuring timely collections and minimizing defaults. - Coordinate with dealers and financial stakeholders to facilitate smooth recovery and funding operations. - Manage a team or coordinate with field agents involved in recovery activities. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to collections. - Monitor and report on recovery performance and suggest improvements. - Handle customer interactions related to overdue payments and negotiate settlements. - Maintain accurate records of collections and recovery activities. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline dealer funding and recovery processes. - Drive initiatives to improve recovery rates and reduce non-performing assets.Job role
