Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, explain our products and services, and follow up with potential customers. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good convincing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
