Telesales Executive

🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Tele Sales Executive who will be responsible for converting residential solar leads into confirmed sales. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, and closing deals efficiently over the phone.

• 🔑 Key Responsibilities:📞 Call and follow up with generated leads (inbound & outbound)
• 🏡 Understand customer requirements for residential rooftop solar systems
• 💡 Explain product features, pricing, subsidy benefits, and ROI clearly
• 📊 Guide customers on government subsidy schemes and savings
• 📝 Prepare and share quotations and proposals
• 🔄 Handle objections and negotiate to close sales deals
• 🤝 Coordinate with field team for site visits (if required)
• 📈 Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
• 🎯 Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals

👤 Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1–3 years experience in telesales / inside sales
2. Experience in solar / renewable / real estate / insurance is a plus
3. Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/English + regional language preferred)
4. Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
5. Basic understanding of solar systems or willingness to learn quickly
6. Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp, email follow-ups
