- Manage and lead a team responsible for collections within the Relationship Banking Group. - Oversee recovery and common cost allocation for various banking products such as CV, CE & SA. - Ensure effective relationship management and recovery strategies to optimize collections. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to streamline collections processes. - Drive team performance to meet organizational recovery targets and compliance standards. - Handle operational and strategic aspects of collections in a banking environment. - Maintain strong communication and leadership skills to manage team dynamics and client relationships. - Monitor and report on collections metrics and recovery progress regularly.Job role
