Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting transactions, cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
• Handle purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding reports.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Verify GST rates, HSN codes, and invoice calculations.
• Assist in GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculations, and statutory compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare regular financial reports.
• Assist in audit activities and coordinate with vendors, banks, and tax consultants.

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, taxation, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
