Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesCustomers ko call karke unki queries aur requirements ko handle karna.
- Sales aur service customers ka follow-up lena.
- Customer satisfaction aur feedback calls karna.
- Service due, vehicle delivery aur appointment reminders dena.
- Customer complaints ko resolve karne ke liye concerned department se coordinate karna.
- CRM software mein customer data aur call details update karna.
- Customer records maintain karna aur daily calling reports prepare karna.
- Customer retention aur dealership ki service quality improve karna.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email aur CRM).
- Hindi communication; basic English preferred.
- Customer handling aur problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude aur team coordination.
- Qualification & Experience: Graduate / 12th Pass (company requirements ke according).
- Experience: Fresher aur experienced candidates apply kar sakte hain.
- Preferred: Automobile dealership mein Sales, Service ya Customer Relationship ka experience.
- Salary: Company norms ke according, experience aur skills par based
