Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer : We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and basic network issues.
  • Install and configure software, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to users.
  • Maintain IT equipment and resolve support tickets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in desktop/IT support preferred.
  • Candidates with 6 months+ experience can apply.
  • Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
