Job Description:

• Handle walk-in and generated leads and convert them into customers.
• Explain Kolors Healthcare’s weight-loss, skin and hair care services to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/packages.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to achieve conversions.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide proper service information.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with the clinic/operations team for smooth customer experience.
• Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any Graduate preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, B2C sales, counselling, healthcare, wellness, beauty or similar fields.
• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also be considered.
• Good Kannada and English communication is preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and confident personality.
• Candidates from healthcare, wellness, slimming, skin/hair clinics, retail or direct sales backgrounds are preferred.
