Job Description
Financial & Accounting Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and expense reports.
Maintain accurate and updated financial records in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Ensure timely filing of returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and submission of regulatory documents.
Monitor credit control and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
