Job Description
Accounting & Finance • Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups • Manage bank transactions and perform bank reconciliations • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, payroll, etc.) • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants Office Administration • Manage office supplies, vendors, and utility payments • Maintain employee records and attendance • Support payroll processing and HR documentation • Handle correspondence, emails, and filing systems • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
