Update stock and arrange reordering when required.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Check purchase and delivery requirements.
Maintain bills and payment records.
Prepare monthly expense and payment lists.
Coordinate between Mysore and Bangalore branches.
Monitor clinic cleanliness and housekeeping.
Coordinate maintenance and repair work.
Monitor patient follow-ups and feedback.
Ensure staff follow clinic SOPs and rules.
Follow up on Management instructions.
