Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors to the showroom, listen to their needs, and match them with suitable vehicle models and trims.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Explain car specifications, safety features, warranties, and upgrade options.
  • Test Drives: Organize and accompany clients on test drives while adhering to dealership safety and identification protocols.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Present pricing, discuss trade-in values, handle customer objections, and close sales.
  • Paperwork Management: Complete finance applications, sales contracts, and coordinate with the delivery team.
