We're Hiring | Business Development Executive – Channel Partnerships
📍 Bengaluru / Remote
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–25,000 + Performance Incentives

Ospira is building a child-understanding and parenting intelligence platform that helps parents, career counsellors and parenting professionals better understand children's behaviour, learning preferences, strengths and parent–child perception differences.
Your Role:
- Connect with DMIT consultants, career counsellors and parenting coaches across India.
- Introduce Ospira and demonstrate our assessment platform.
- Convert interested professionals into business partners.
- Help partners onboard and start generating revenue.
- Manage daily calls, follow-ups and partner relationships.
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counselling products, franchise development, channel sales or B2B telesales.
Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills are essential.
