JD – Beverage Associate

• Prepare and serve beverages (Hot and cold) as per standard recipes, portion sizes and presentation guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper opening/closing of the beverage counter and equipment
• Check ingredient availability, freshness, storage, FIFO and expiry controls.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage and report shortages, damages or expired items to the F&B Supervisor/Chef
• Handle beverage orders accurately, ensure timely service and follow proper billing/order procedures
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company SOPs while ensuring safe use and proper maintenance of beverage equipment
• Provide courteous guest service, support the F&B team during peak hours/events, assist with stock counting and reconciliation, and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Management

Preferred Candidate:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fine/casual/premium dine-in restaurant or hotel in the beverage department preferred
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (Hot and Cold beverages including mocktails) and service
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
