Position: BPO Telecaller – Car Loan Sales
Department: Sales / Telecalling
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for car loan sales.
- Explain car loan offers, interest rates, eligibility, and loan benefits.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Assist customers with the initial loan application process.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and call records in the company system.
- Follow company policies and professional calling standards.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
- 12th Pass candidates are also welcome.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experienced candidates may be eligible for a Joining Bonus, subject to company terms and conditions.
- Telesales, banking, or loan sales experience will be an advantage.
Joining Bonus for Experienced Candidates
- Eligible experienced candidates may receive a joining bonus as per company policy.
- Bonus eligibility and payout will depend on experience verification, joining requirements, attendance, and the applicable company terms and conditions.
