Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Associate to support business development activities, build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business reports, maintain customer records, and track performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business operations.
Follow up with prospective clients and support the achievement of business.
Participate in meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of marketing, and business operations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.
