Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA)
Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)
Industry: EdTech / Education
Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH)
Process: International Process
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers from assigned leads.
- Explain courses, programs, and services to potential students.
- Identify student requirements and provide relevant course information.
- Follow up regularly with leads to generate interest and drive admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Schedule demos/counselling sessions with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead remarks in the CRM.
- Handle objections and queries professionally during outbound calls.
- Maintain a consistent daily calling and follow-up schedule while working remotely.
- Participate in online team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader for lead updates, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Maintain professional communication and achieve assigned performance targets.
