Job Description
- Conduct and coordinate client meetings and project/site visits.
- Build strong relationships with property owners, prospective customers, architects, consultants, and other relevant contacts.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with the Inside Sales, Design, QS, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Support preparation and presentation of quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards successful deal closure.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit regular field visit, follow-up, and sales reports.
- Generate referrals and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor local market activity and identify new business opportunities.
