Job Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads for residential real estate projects.
• Client Engagement: Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and investment goals.
• Project Presentation: Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.
• Client Meetings: Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and site visits with the sales team.
• Follow-ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
• Sales Conversion: Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market developments.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A positive attitude with a strong hunger to achieve targets.
• Willingness to make outbound calls and meet customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• EligibilityFreshers and candidates with sales experience can apply.
• Graduates from any discipline are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in real estate, telesales, or business development will have an added advantage.
• Compensation & BenefitsAnnual CTC: ₹3.5–4.5 LPA.
