Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads for interior design projects.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present design solutions.
Prepare and share accurate quotations based on client requirements.
Manage end-to-end client relationships, from the initial inquiry to project handover.
Coordinate with the design and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Update CRM and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Interior Design Sales or Business Development.
Hands-on experience in preparing quotations.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
