Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to generate leads and drive sales for ConvertBrio's website and software development services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generate and qualify leads for website/software development projects
  • Schedule and support client meetings
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up consistently
  • Support the sales team in closing deals and achieving growth targets

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
  • Prior sales/BD experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation: Fixed salary + 5-7% incentive on every closed deal.
