Job Description
- Manage daily automobile workshop and service operations.
- Lead and supervise service advisors, technicians, mechanics, electricians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery.
- Monitor workshop productivity, labour sales, revenue, and service targets.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper vehicle diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to service standards.
- Manage spare parts coordination and workshop resources.
- Monitor job cards, work-in-progress vehicles, and vehicle delivery schedules.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the workshop.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate service team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
