💼 JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and properly managed environment.

✅ Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the people/property under your care.

✅ Monitor the premises regularly and report any unusual activity, concern, or issue to management.

✅ Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the assigned areas.

✅ Assist occupants with basic day-to-day requirements whenever necessary.

✅ Support daily routines and general care-related activities as assigned.

✅ Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support staff when required.

✅ Check doors, lights, furniture, equipment, and other basic facilities regularly.

✅ Identify and report maintenance requirements, damages, repairs, or safety concerns immediately.

✅ Maintain records of visitors, supplies, incidents, maintenance issues, or other relevant information as required.

✅ Ensure the assigned premises remain safe, neat, clean, organized, and comfortable.

✅ Respond responsibly to emergencies and immediately contact the concerned person or management.

✅ Ensure proper discipline and smooth functioning of the assigned area.

✅ Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, security, and management instructions.

✅ Perform other caretaker-related duties assigned by management.
