CCTV Technician

We are looking for:

skilled, hardworking and technically passionate Field Technicians / Executives who have hands-on installation experience and are eager to learn new technologies.

• Key Responsibilities
• CCTV Installation: Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IP cameras, analog cameras, DVRs and NVRs.
• Access Control Systems: Install and service biometric attendance machines, door access controllers, electromagnetic locks and related devices.
• Networking & Wi-Fi: Set up Wi-Fi routers, access points, switches, LAN networks and structured cabling.
• Audio & Video Systems: Install and configure speakers, amplifiers, display systems and other AV equipment.
• Video Door Phones: Install, configure and troubleshoot video door phones and intercom systems.
• Technical Support: Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and service calls.
• Customer Handling: Communicate professionally with customers and ensure quality work and customer satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintain basic installation records, service reports and work completion updates.
• New Technologies: Be willing to learn Solar Power Systems, UPS solutions, AI-based surveillance and other emerging technologies.

• Eligibility & Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of practical field experience in CCTV, networking, security systems or IT infrastructure.
• Must have hands-on technical knowledge and installation experience.
• Basic understanding of IP addressing, networking, cabling and device configuration.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Must be comfortable travelling to different customer locations across Bangalore.
• Must be willing to work in the field — this is a 100% field-based technical job, not a desk job.
• Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.
• Must be eager to learn new technologies and upgrade technical skills.
• Experience in Solar Power System installation will be an added advantage.
