Job Description

Operate CNC Turning / CNC machining machines as per production requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

Load and unload raw materials and finished components.

Set and adjust work offsets, tool offsets, and cutting parameters.

Select and change cutting tools as required.

Monitor machine operation and identify abnormal conditions.

Perform in-process inspection using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc.

Maintain component dimensions as per drawing and quality requirements
