Trainer – Collections Domain
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, energetic Collections Trainer to join our team in Bangalore! If you have hands-on experience in the collections domain and love helping team members build confidence, improve their negotiation skills, and hit their targets, this role is for you.
Key Job Details
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore
What You’ll Do
- Train new hires on our collections process, systems, and compliance guidelines.
- Run refresher workshops and coaching sessions on effective negotiation, handling tough customer objections, and de-escalation.
- Manage QRT (Quick Response Teams) to handle complex collections scenarios, address critical agent performance issues, and drive rapid resolution.
- Listen to live/recorded calls to spot areas for improvement and offer 1-on-1 feedback.
- Work closely with the Operations and Quality teams to help agents hit recovery targets and maintain high quality standards.
- Track trainee progress, assessments, and overall training performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Collections Trainer in a BPO, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech environment.
- Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, deep domain knowledge in debt recovery, QRT management, and a passion for mentoring.
- Tool Knowledge: Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic CRM tools.
- Education: Graduate in any field.
