Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis (I / II / III) to join our kitchen team. The candidate will assist in food preparation, maintain hygiene standards, and support smooth kitchen operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating as per standard recipes
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards
  • Support senior chefs during service hours
  • Handle basic cutting, chopping, and ingredient preparation
  • Ensure proper storage of ingredients (FIFO method)
  • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and workstations
  • Assist in receiving and checking kitchen stock supplies
  • Follow instructions from senior chefs and adhere to kitchen SOPs
