Innovfix Pvt Ltd is a Bengaluru-based product company. We build and run our own consumer apps. Bangalore Connect is our voice-calling platform where people connect with creators for one-on-one phone conversations through the app.

About the role

You will hold supportive conversations with users dealing with everyday stress — exam pressure, work pressure, loneliness after moving to a new city, or low motivation.

Selected candidates will

1. Take voice calls from users during your chosen evening and night hours.

2. Listen actively and build rapport quickly.

3. Share practical, everyday coping strategies.

4. Recognise when a user needs professional help and guide them towards it.

Calls on the app

•   All calls are voice calls made through the app. There is no video calling.

•   Your personal mobile number is never shared with or visible to any user.

•   You can end any call, and block or report any user, at any time.

•   You are reachable only during the hours you choose. When you are offline, nobody can call you.

Who can apply

1. Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Counselling or Social Work. Final-year students welcome.

2. Important: this is a supportive peer conversation role, not a clinical or therapy service. You will not diagnose or treat any condition.

3. Comfortable speaking to people on a phone call — this is the main requirement.

4. Fluent in English. Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam is a strong advantage.

5. Own smartphone with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls.

6. Students, working professionals, homemakers and freelancers are all welcome.

Earnings

Weekly earnings of Rs. 6,000 and above, based on the number of minutes you speak with users on the app. Payments are made every Wednesday, directly to your bank account. The per-minute value is not fixed — it increases based on how well you engage users, the number of hours you stay online, and the quality of your profile video.
