Creative Technologist — Video & AI Content Production

Role Summary

We are looking for a *Creative Technologist* who is passionate about video editing, graphic design, and AI-powered content creation.

The role involves creating high-quality marketing content using creative tools and modern AI technologies. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop videos, social media content, graphics, product creatives, and AI-generated visual content.

## Key Responsibilities

### Video Editing

* Edit promotional videos, advertisements, reels, and social media content.

* Create motion graphics, titles, transitions, captions, and visual effects.

* Work with live-action, stock footage, screen recordings, and AI-generated content.

* Handle colour correction, sound editing, and video finishing.

* Create content in *9:16, 1:1, and 16:9* formats.

### AI Content Creation

* Create AI-generated images and videos using modern AI tools.

* Write, test, and improve prompts for different creative requirements.

* Maintain consistency in characters, products, branding, and visual style.

* Explore and test new AI tools for content creation and production.

* Use AI-assisted tools for image editing, video enhancement, background removal, upscaling, and other creative tasks.

### Graphic Design

* Create social media creatives, banners, product mockups, posters, packaging, and marketing materials.

* Maintain consistency with brand guidelines.

* Create graphics and visual elements for video content.

### Creative Workflow

* Organise project files, assets, and final exports.

* Develop efficient workflows for producing content at scale.

* Identify repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated.

* Stay updated with new AI and creative technologies.

### Collaboration

* Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.

* Contribute creative ideas and concepts.

* Manage assigned projects from concept to final delivery.

* Handle revisions and deliver work within deadlines.

## Required Skills

* *Fresher to 2 years* of experience in video editing, graphic design, content creation, or a related field.

* Knowledge of *Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects*.

* Working knowledge of *Photoshop and Illustrator*.

* Hands-on experience with AI image or video generation tools.

* Understanding of composition, typography, colour, lighting, and visual storytelling.

* Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

* Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

## Portfolio Requirement

*Portfolio or showreel is mandatory.*

The portfolio should include:

* Video editing projects.

* AI-generated image/video work.

* Graphic design and motion graphics.

* Examples of creative experimentation or AI prompting.

*Freshers with strong personal projects and portfolios are encouraged to apply.*
