CRM Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, handle queries, maintain customer records, and support business growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer interactions through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Follow up with existing and potential customers and maintain strong relationships.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.

Maintain accurate customer data, records, and follow-up status in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests professionally.

Prepare regular follow-up and customer status reports.

Support customer retention and contribute to achieving business targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to handle multiple customers and maintain accurate records.
